Dr. Jenny discovered her passion for pediatric dentistry during a post-baccalaureate program at the University of Pennsylvania, where she volunteered and worked as a pediatric dental assistant. There, she learned how creating a kid-friendly environment and using supportive language could transform a dental visit into a positive experience for young patients. This inspired her approach to dentistry, emphasizing the importance of making patients feel at ease and comfortable while delivering the best care. She also recognized the vital role of prevention, understanding that many dental diseases can be avoided through education, proper oral hygiene, and nutrition starting as early as the eruption of the first tooth.

After returning to the DC area, Dr. Jenny pursued her dental degree at Howard University College of Dentistry, graduating at the top of her class and being inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. During her academic journey, she received multiple awards for her excellence in pediatric dentistry, restorative dentistry, and community outreach. Driven by her passion for pediatric care, she completed an additional two-year specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Howard University and became a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry—demonstrating her commitment to the highest standards in her field.

For Dr. Jenny, the most rewarding aspect of her work is building lasting relationships with families while enhancing their children’s oral health. She takes great joy in watching her youngest patients grow up in her care and develop healthy, confident smiles.

After years of practicing in various counties across Maryland, Dr. Jenny is thrilled to bring her expertise to her local community with the opening of Olney Pediatric Dentistry, where she lives and raises her family. She considers it a privilege to care for children and looks forward to providing exceptional dental care that fosters lifelong oral health.
