Comprehensive Dental Services

Infant Oral Health
Your baby’s first dental visit is a key milestone in their oral health journey. We create a gentle, welcoming environment to introduce your little one to the dentist. During this visit, we’ll assess their oral development, provide teething tips, and guide you on proper gum and tooth care for a lifetime of healthy smiles.

Preventive Dentistry
We prioritize excellent preventive care to keep your child’s smile healthy and bright. Our services include thorough exams, gentle cleanings, and digital X-rays for early detection of dental issues. We follow the ADA’s recommendation for biannual cleanings and exams to maintain optimal oral health.

Minimally Invasive Dentistry
Our approach to dental care focuses on preventing and treating tooth decay while preserving as much of the natural tooth structure as possible. Using minimally invasive techniques like Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF), the Hall Technique, and the SMART Technique, we provide effective, evidence-based solutions with little to no discomfort—minimizing the need for traditional drilling or anesthesia whenever possible. This gentle approach is especially ideal for young children, anxious patients, and those with special healthcare needs.

Restorative Dentistry
Restorative care at our practice focuses on restoring both the function and aesthetics of your child’s smile. Based on your child’s individual needs, we will create a customized treatment plan to treat their dental issues.

Emergency Dentistry
Whether it’s pain, infection, a broken tooth, or sudden injury, we’re here to offer immediate attention and relieve your child’s discomfort. We’ll assess the situation, offer a solution tailored to your child’s needs, and take steps to prevent further complications.

Special Needs Dentistry
We have specialized training in caring for children with special needs, including those with medical complexities and developmental delays. We recognize the importance of familiarity, patience, and a gentle, human-centered approach. To ensure every child feels safe, comfortable, and supported, we schedule extra time for appointments and adapt our care to each child’s unique needs. Every patient is treated with kindness, respect, and the personalized attention they deserve. We also offer “happy visits” which are short, pressure-free appointments to ease anxiety and allow children to gradually become familiar with our environment at their own pace.

Tooth Extractions
Tooth extractions are sometimes necessary to preserve your child’s oral health. Whether due to severe decay, infection, or crowding, we ensure minimal discomfort and a smooth recovery. Our team is dedicated to keeping your child comfortable throughout the process and providing compassionate, supportive care.

Sedation Dentistry
Some children are given nitrous oxide, commonly known as laughing gas, to relax them for their dental treatment. Laughing gas is a combination of nitrous oxide and oxygen. It is administered over the child’s nose and allows most children to relax without putting them to sleep. The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and American Society of Anesthesiologists recognize this technique as a very safe and effective procedure used for treating children’s dental needs.
Sometimes a child may require sedation to complete treatment due to dental phobia or an extensive treatment plan. In these scenarios we are referring our patients to Children’s Surgery Centers that have on-site Anesthesiologists to complete treatment.

Space Maintenance
When a child loses a baby tooth too early, a space maintainer appliance helps prevent future dental issues by ensuring enough space for adult teeth to grow in properly. We offer effective space-saving solutions that preserve alignment and promote healthy dental development.
